Procare Maintenance Group delivered internal rectification works within a multi-residential strata building on Dandenong Road, Carnegie, following water ingress impacting ceiling areas within common corridors.

The works involved controlled access, removal of damaged sections and reinstatement of ceiling finishes, completed within an occupied environment.

The Challenge

Water ingress had caused damage to plasterboard ceiling systems, requiring sections to be opened for access and inspection of internal services. The works needed to be carried out safely within a live building while maintaining access and ensuring finishes were reinstated to a consistent standard.

Outcome

The affected ceiling areas were reinstated to a clean and consistent finish, restoring the appearance of the common areas while maintaining safe access throughout the works.
