Procare Maintenance Group delivered a stormwater drainage upgrade within a multi-residential strata building on Riversdale Road, Hawthorn, addressing ongoing water accumulation at the main entry.

The works involved a coordinated approach across drainage installation, structural modification and surface reinstatement, completed within an occupied environment with maintained access throughout.

The Challenge

The existing entry lacked adequate drainage, resulting in surface water pooling, increased slip risk and potential water ingress. The solution required integration into an existing tiled entry with limited falls, while ensuring minimal disruption to occupants.
